  • Phone # Validation
    Telephone numbers are checked for proper format and validity. We ensure compliance with national and statewide DNC lists. We also check that area-codes are correct and flag any unlikely number sequences or invalid area code comparison mapping.
  • Name Legitimacy
    We have built up a vast database of plausible erroneous or fictitious names when consumers fill out information online (i.e. John Doe). Any person reluctant to provide their real name is unlikely to be a legitimate candidate in our book. Thus our level of screening eliminates and reduces these invalid instances entirely.
  • Address Verification
    Ever heard of "No Name Rd." or "Zzyzx Rd."? Neither did we. . .until it was expertly verified!

    We utilize county specific databases as well as online address validation sources to ensure each consumer address is authentic and actually exists.
  • Email Authentication
    Each email address furnished by our lead applicants are checked at server level to screen for any invalidities and mailer-daemons to ensure the email is operable.
  • De-Duping System
    Custom de-duping system filters out any duplicate lead entrys based on 10-digit phone number, address, email and name similarities.

  • IP Check (Geo-Location Testing)

    We use IP address information to determine the geographic location for which each inquiry originated from. Thus inquiries based overseas are typically discarded unless they originated from US military domains held abroad or can be voice verified with the applicant for validity.
  • Data Cleansing
    Let's face it, people can document anything about themselves.
